Finish: Bronze Polished Plaster

Working alongside the talented team at Atelier Belfast, we crafted a sweeping bronze polished plaster finish for the staircase at The Beach House. The soft, reflective texture creates a sculptural focal point, catching natural light throughout the day and adding depth and elegance to the entrance space. This finish was chosen not just for its beauty, but for its durability, a perfect combination for high-traffic areas like stairwells.

Finish: Impasto Polished Plaster

In this striking residential project, Surfaceform’s Impasto Polished Plaster was applied around the skylight in the kitchen, drawing the eye upward and turning a simple architectural feature into a standout design element. The impasto finish plays beautifully with natural light, adding a bold yet organic texture that complements the interiors.

Immersive Tranquillity in the Kestral Project

Finishes: Fluted Relief Plaster & Classic Polished Plaster

At Surfaceform, we take pride in collaborating with visionary designers to create extraordinary spaces, and the Kestral project, led by the talented Sinead Kelly Herbett is a perfect example. This innovative residential transformation features a truly unique basement design.

A key architectural feature is a window offering a direct view into the adjacent pool, allowing light and reflections to interact with the interiors. To enhance this space, we applied our Fluted Relief Plaster, designed to capture the fluidity and motion of the water.

To complement the walls, we introduced a Classic Polished Plaster ceiling, enhancing the sense of openness and maximising natural light, a feature rarely expected in a basement setting.

In the pool area itself, our smooth and refined Classic Polished Plaster finish helps set a tranquil and luxurious tone, ensuring every surface contributes to a restful and relaxing experience.
